Groundskeeper-Baker Woods

Description

We are currently seeking a groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Trash pick up

    Perform daily trash runs for property

    Routinely clean leaves and other debris from gutters

Inspections

    Responsible for proper usage of maintenance material and stock control, reporting shortages to the manager/maintenance supervisor timely.

    Assist as requested with the regular inspections, reporting all violations discrepancies and damage, including those incurred in contract services, during scheduled building checks, move-ins, move-outs, and regular work routine

Minor exterior repairs: Perform with good workmanship all assigned maintenance/grounds projects promptly including but not limited to repair, replace or assist with fencing, minor woodwork and janitorial needs of the property. Maintenance of play areas (raking, replacing sand), blowing of curbs and sidewalks as needed for debris, maintenance of office, lawn areas and flower beds, etc

Customer maintenance satisfaction: Report all resident complaints and/or resident work requests to Supervisor. Other duties as assigned (not all inclusive) delivery of flyers, newsletters, or other resident notifications. Assist other personnel with apartment turnovers as needed, including basic maintenance tasks such as touch up painting, installation of hardware such as shelving, switch plates, etc.
