This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Group Copy Supervisor - REMOTE. In this role, you will be a key player in creating impactful creativity within the healthcare space, particularly focusing on rare diseases. Your storytelling ability and strategic concepting will help shape HCP messaging, engaging physicians at a deeper level. You will collaborate with a diverse team, working remotely most of the time, while occasionally engaging in purposeful in-person meetings. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a copy team while driving brand presence in complex therapeutic areas.
Accountabilities
- Work with art partner to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
- Collaborate with all other disciplines at the agency (account management, digital strategy, etc.)
- Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable
- Demonstrate to clients an understanding of their products and marketing challenges
- Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate
- Lead concept presentations and provide client feedback
- Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and inspiration
- Manage and work independently under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects
Requirements
- 6-9 years of agency experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Experience managing teams
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Creativity with a sense of humor
