Position Purpose

As a Group Facilitator, you will:

• Lead engaging group sessions that align with clients’ individualized treatment goals towards SUD recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessments for new clients.
• Work closely with a supportive clinical team dedicated to evidence-based care.
• Effective communication with the staff to ensure client safety.
• Innovate to effectively care for our clients.
• Report to the appropriate supervisor for all emergencies and/or concerns.
• Complete all documentation according to the internal company and the requirements of licensing or accrediting agencies. 
• Complete the BPS for incoming clients within 24 business hours.
• Must follow all defined company policies & code of ethics outlined in the Employee Handbook.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree is preferred or proven experience in large group facilitation.
• 3+ years case management experience preferred
• CRSW, Recovery Coach preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:

• Must be proficient in Computer skills
• Accuracy and urgency is essential to perform all tasks
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team

GateHouse Treatment in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time SUDs Group Facilitator to lead group sessions, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and support client recovery goals. Position offers Sunday–Thursday day schedule, strong benefits, and supervision toward licensure in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
