Warehouse and Transport Management: 

• Economical and safe storage and internal transport. 

• Efficient management of human resources in the warehouse. 

• Planning and optimizing machines, materials, and other equipment with cost-effectiveness in mind. 

• Optimization of external transport for the entire supply chain. 

Shipment Management to Customers: 

• Efficient shipment of goods to customers according to orders and defined customer standards. 

• Automation and optimization of the administrative part of the shipping process. 

Packaging Concept Development: 

• Defining and continuously improving packaging standards for customers and suppliers, considering specific needs (e.g., quality, transport safety, cost-effectiveness). 

• Effective planning and ordering of packaging. 

• Successful management of returnable and non-returnable packaging flows with customers and suppliers. 

Implementation of BPS Standards in Logistics: 

• Coordinating the implementation of the highest level of BPS standards in all logistics areas. 

Managing LOM Group Employees: 

• Responsible for activities, results, and discipline of the LOM group (warehouse team, finished goods shipment team, packaging development and planning team).

• Ensuring the successful operation of all processes within the scope of responsibility, in compliance with local legal regulations, central directives, internal directives, instructions, and guidelines. 

• Coordinating and managing projects and daily operations to optimize the entire material flow. 

• Ensuring successful collaboration with all other participants in the "Value Stream," including teams and groups within logistics and other departments within PciP.

Experience  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience 

Specifics  

• Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations 

• Excellent command of the English language 

• Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP) 

• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and people management 

• Ability to lead multiple teams
