Have a track record of mentoring Product Managers and raising the quality bar across a team
Stay close to emerging technologies such as Generative AI and apply them thoughtfully to solve real-world user problems
Value collaboration, iteration, and feedback as core to building effective growth products
Prefer shipping iterative improvements that drive measurable impact to retention and engagement
Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and communicate the vision for a unified CRM platform aligned with Playlist’s broader growth ecosystem.
Drive roadmap prioritization to evolve messaging automation, AI chatbot, and sales pipeline tools into a cohesive solution.
Balance platform investments that improve long-term retention with near-term delivery of high-impact features.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Directly lead a dedicated squad responsible for building and launching a next-generation CRM platform.
Oversee the integration of existing point solutions into a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Collaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to ensure deep integration across the Playlist product ecosystem.
Champion Growth-Oriented Product Development
Leverage insights from customer behavior, lifecycle data, and market needs to guide product direction.
Develop solutions that improve client acquisition, trial conversion, and long-term retention.
Ensure CRM capabilities create a frictionless experience for both business owners and their end customers.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers to navigate complex product challenges.
Encourage creative problem solving and strategic thinking to improve automation and sales tools.
Maintain a high bar for product craft and execution across team initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position CRM capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launch and adoption of new platform features.
Align with broader product teams to ensure CRM capabilities are embedded across the Playlist ecosystem.
Skills & Experience
7+ years of product management experience with a proven record of shipping impactful products
3+ years of experience managing and developing Senior Product Managers
Experience building and scaling growth-focused products within Consumer or SaaS companies
Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into product experiences (preferred)

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $175,000 to 210,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
