Medieval times is looking to hire a **Group Sales Coordinator!**

We are searching for a Group Sales Coordinator who will focus on closing and managing incoming group leads.

Have a passion for sales and guest service and take awesome care of our guests, always
Are self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
Bring energy and enthusiasm to every guest interaction
Are extremely detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
What You Would Do
Group Sales Coordinators at Medieval Times
Partner with the Group Sales Manager to sell and close a large volume of group sales inquiries
Sell the Medieval Times experience to corporate, SMERF, school, tour and travel, and social groups
Manage thousands of group bookings including handling contracts, payments, and headcounts
Take a guest-focused approach to sales that is centered on creating meaningful connections
Proactively sell upgrade packages and experiences
Partner with the Group Sales Manager to report on group sales forecasts, performance, and trends
Partner with the entire Sales and Marketing team to help deliver on total sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business
What Youve Already Done
Wed love it if you
Were pretty tech savvy

Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, etc
Have a bachelors degree
Have hospitality sales experience
