Job Description - Group Travel Specialist

Requirements: 
  • 18+ years old 
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively 
Responsibilities 
  • You will support various groups and organizations by researching, coordinating and booking trips
  • Create quotes that meet all of the clients requirements including location, food requirements, excursions and budgets
  • Coordinate all required travel documents for employees I.e. passports, country entrance paperwork
