Job Description - Group Travel Specialist

Do you enjoy working with various groups and organizations to help them reach a shared goal? How about working with a group to plan a trip of a lifetime? How would you like to work with a group or organization to create a travel related fundraiser? There are many ways that travel can enrich the lives of people. Requirements:

18+ years old
Proficient in using a computer
Ability to Communicate Effectively

Responsibilities

You will support various groups and organizations by researching, coordinating and booking trips
Create quotes that meet all of the clients requirements including location, food requirements, excursions and budgets
Coordinate all required travel documents for employees I.e. passports, country entrance paperwork
