Monitor and adjust key water chemistry parameters (EC, pH, dissolved oxygen, etc.) and nutrient recipes to maintain target crop specifications
Conduct regular scouting to identify and address plant health issues, nutrient disorders, and pest or disease pressure; implement IPM protocols including biological controls
Maintain detailed records of crop growth, environmental setpoints, water and nutrient inputs, yield, and shrink in our production tracking systems
Ensure adherence to food safety standards (SQF, FSMA Produce Safety Rule) and all SOPs governing greenhouse operations, sanitation, and worker hygiene
Partner with the Head Grower, Production Manager, and operations team to optimize yield, head weight, quality, and food safety outcomes
Support inventory management of seed, substrate, nutrients, crop protection products, and consumables

Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and communicate issues with greenhouse control systems (e.g., Pirva, Hoogendoorn) and automated production equipment
Detail-oriented with strong observational, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, year-round production environment
Comfortable working in a warm, humid greenhouse environment with exposure to water, fertilizers, and crop protection products
