Location: Miami, Florida

What’s the role?


We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Analyst to help drive and scale our digital acquisition efforts across the U.S. and Latin America. This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and sits at the intersection of growth strategy, analytics, and execution. You will own performance at scale, allocate acquisition budget, design experiments, and turn insights into measurable customer and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping how MAJORITY learns, scales, and invests across digital channels.


This is an in-person role based out of our Wynwood office in Miami.


Analytics, Experimentation & Insights



  • Identify high-impact growth levers through deep analysis of campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels

  • Design and evaluate structured growth experiments across channels, creatives, and landing pages

  • Translate channel-level performance into business-level insights (CAC, payback, scalability)

  • Inform budget allocation and scaling decisions through data, testing, and learning velocity

  • Build reporting frameworks that enable fast, confident decision-making


Channel Strategy & Performance



  • Planning and evaluation of acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms

  • Help define what to test, why, and how success will be measured

  • Collaborate with internal and external execution partners when applicable

  • Contribute to scalable systems, playbooks, and processes that evolve as the growth organization matures


Growth Strategy & Collaboration



  • Drive customer acquisition through an integrated approach spanning paid media, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Collaborate closely with creative, product, and growth partners to align messaging, experimentation, and execution

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams


Who we’re looking for



  • Analytical & curious: You think in hypotheses, trade-offs, and systems, not just tactics

  • Experimenter: You enjoy testing, learning, and iterating, and you’re comfortable with uncertainty

  • Builder: You like creating frameworks and processes, not just operating within existing ones

  • Strong communicator: You can explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • AI-curious: You have early experience with or strong interest in using AI tools for analysis, optimization, or automation

  • Customer-first mindset with a strong interest in understanding user behavior and motivation


Required Qualifications



  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, finance or growth-related roles

  • Exposure to performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) is a plus, but deep execution expertise is not required

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree


Preferred Qualifications



  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish

  • Experience with SEO, GEO, ASO, CRM

  • Experience applying AI tools in marketing or analytics

  • Startup or fintech background
