You\u2019ll build pipeline, guide opportunities from discovery to booking, and keep customer conversations moving with clarity and confidence. This role blends prospecting, data insights, CRM excellence, and strong coordination across internal teams.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts from qualification through booking\n * Build and qualify pipeline using customer activity, POS signals, and inbound leads\n * Maintain accurate CRM data, customer insights, and opportunity updates\n * Lead customer communication, manage escalations, and provide product updates\n * Coordinate internal workflows across Legal, pricing, planning, and operations\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 3\u20135+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n * Proven pipeline generation experience through outbound and follow\u2011up\n * Strong CRM proficiency and experience managing quotes and approval workflows\n * Excellent customer communication and cross\u2011functional coordination skills\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n * Experience in technology or semiconductor industries\n * Background selling technical or B2B hardware solutions\n * Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product concepts\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSales Development Representative 3\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
