Five (5) plus years of sales experience within the industry
Three (3) plus years of sales leadership experience
Technology experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Co-Pilot, preferred
Knowledgeable with Sales methodologies, pipeline management, and client satisfaction
Experience with Account management and customer lifecycle strategies (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
Best practices in performance management and coaching
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Analytics/Power BI reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Highspot, and/or other sales enablement tools
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, client relationship-building, and stakeholder communication skills
Team leadership, coaching, talent development, motivation, and performance accountability
Pipeline management, forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Ability to balance personal sales production with team leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ability to identify growth opportunities, translate them into actionable plans, and promote sales strategy across the team
