Description



  • Ten (10) plus years of industry experience
  • Five (5) plus years of sales experience within the industry
  • Three (3) plus years of sales leadership experience
  • Technology experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Co-Pilot, preferred
  • Knowledgeable with Sales methodologies, pipeline management, and client satisfaction
  • Experience with Account management and customer lifecycle strategies (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
  • Best practices in performance management and coaching
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Analytics/Power BI reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Highspot, and/or other sales enablement tools

 

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, client relationship-building, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Team leadership, coaching, talent development, motivation, and performance accountability
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to balance personal sales production with team leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities, translate them into actionable plans, and promote sales strategy across the team
