Position Title: Growth Manager - B2B Sales

Location: Omaha/Bellevue area
Compensation: Base plus commission
Incentives: Quarterly bonus, yearly bonus, and long -term growth

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, organized, and solution -focused Growth Manager - B2B Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market
presence across key channels. This role is ideal for a positive, independent
leader who thrives on building relationships, developing scalable sales
systems, and creating growth opportunities.

based in the Omaha/Bellevue area that is focused on innovation,
mentorship, and creating meaningful opportunities for others. The right
candidate will play a critical role in helping shape the company’s growth
trajectory while building the foundation for long -term regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Own and drive all B2B sales efforts across key
    channels, including distribution, hospitality, retail, and related sectors

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business
    opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent sales
    pipeline
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets

Strategic Development

  • Create and implement scalable sales processes,
    systems, and workflows

  • Identify target markets, partnerships, and
    expansion opportunities

  • Work closely with leadership to align sales
    activity with broader business growth strategy

  • Contribute to long -term market expansion and
    business development planning

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    distributors, partners, and key accounts

  • Represent the company with professionalism,
    energy, and integrity in all interactions

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, accounts,
    and strategic relationships

Operational Leadership

  • Track performance metrics, pipeline activity,
    and revenue forecasting

  • Utilize Excel and spreadsheet tools to manage
    reporting and sales data

  • Identify areas for optimization and continuous
    improvement

  • Maintain clear records of opportunities, account
    activity, and sales performance

Future Leadership Growth

  • Play a key role in shaping the company’s future
    growth trajectory

  • Opportunity to help build and lead a sales team
    over time

  • Progress into a Chief of Growth role as
    the company expands regionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of sales
    experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Preferred experience in beverage,
    distribution, hospitality, or related industries

  • Strong communication, organization, and
    relationship -building skills
  • Ability to work independently while also
    demonstrating leadership and delegation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in food science
  • Experience in research and development
