At Visage Technologies, we do all kinds of wonderful things with computer vision. Our tech has been used by 400+ companies worldwide, such as Lufthansa, Coca-Cola, Canon, Deutsche Telekom, BMW, McDonald’s, and more. We also have a specialized division dedicated to automotive perception and autonomous driving.


 


But what's really exciting is our new beauty tech brand - Arbelle. Even though it's still new on the scene, Arbelle is already turning heads in the industry.


 


As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind Arbelle’s growth, implementing campaigns, exploring new growth opportunities, and optimizing performance across channels.



What will be your key responsibilities?





      • Developing and optimizing growth strategies across channels, including search, display, YouTube, social advertising, and other key channels.



      • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports and insights.

      • Identifying and refining opportunities within the marketing funnel through A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

      • Creating ad copy and landing pages that resonate with our target audience while collaborating with designers on compelling visuals.

      • Proactively exploring and testing new marketing channels, tactics, and tools to unlock untapped growth opportunities.

      • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.



      Who are we looking for?



      • At least 3 years of relevant experience in growth marketing or a similar performance-driven role.

      • Proven expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, and Google advertising, with hands-on experience in campaign planning, optimization, and budget management.

      • Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.

      • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a data-driven approach.

      • Proactive and creative thinker, always looking for innovative ways to identify new growth opportunities.

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      • Mandatory English proficiency (C1 / C2)

      • Bonus points: Experience in B2B
