About the Role
Briggs Auto Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to own our digital presence, drive our marketing projects forward, and bring our brand to life at events in our three markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning 7 dealerships and 13 automotive brands, including Nissan, Kia, GMC, Subaru, Buick, Ram, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet and more.
This is not a one-dimensional job. You will create and publish content, keep marketing projects moving on time, and coordinate events that put Briggs in front of our communities. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, collaborate with our CRM & Lead Operations team, and grow alongside a building in-house marketing department. If you thrive when you have ownership, variety, and room to grow, this role was built for you.
What you Will Do
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and publish engaging daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for all Briggs locations
- Produce short-form video content including vehicle walkarounds, promotions, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes dealership moments
- Design graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Edit video content using CapCut or comparable mobile and desktop editing software
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social channels in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and manage all digital brand profiles including Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and other online listings
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on what is and isn’t working
- Support paid social media advertising campaigns as the team and budget grow
Digital Content & Marketing Support
- Write and update website content for landing pages and promotional copy
- Draft email marketing content for campaigns, promotions, and customer communications
- Contribute to blog posts and long-form content that supports our online visibility and SEO
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and all locations
Marketing Project Management
- Serve as the internal coordinator for marketing projects, keeping timelines, tasks, and deliverables on track across all dealerships
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, including campaigns, promotions, seasonal pushes, and content schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, printers, and media partners to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget
- Track project status and proactively communicate updates and any issues to the Marketing Director
- Develop and maintain organized systems for digital assets, files, and project documentation
- Support the rollout of new campaigns and initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and timely execution
Event Marketing & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events including sales events, community sponsorships, grand openings, and seasonal promotions
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, vendor relationships, staffing needs, promotional materials, and day-of execution
- Develop and execute pre-event and post-event marketing across social media, email, and digital channels
- Build relationships with community organizations, local media, and event partners to grow Briggs’ presence in Manhattan and surrounding markets
- Capture content at events including photos and video for use across social media and digital channels
- Track event performance and provide post-event recaps including attendance, engagement, and ROI
