Accountabilities

- Lead the Program Management team to execute high-impact global campaigns effectively.

- Manage and control the global production budget, promoting cost efficiency.
- Oversee vendor selection to meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Refine workflows continuously to maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in marketing operations with cross-functional project management.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI automation tools and a vision for workflow integration.
- Proven ability to design and implement efficient processes.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on results and accountability.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Expert in project management with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
