Growth Sites - Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager

Eaton\u2019s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Growth Sites - Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager. This position can sit out of one of the following locations: Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $146000 - $215000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nWe are seeking an expert-level Senior Program Manager with broad experience in program management. The ideal candidate will translate business or functional vision into plans and guide their execution, participating in the development of business or functional strategy and being accountable for results that impact the entire business or function. Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the most complex programs in the IT Portfolio. \n \n\n\nThis role sits within IT Operations \u0026 Enterprise PMO, providing the operating backbone for how we organize work to support Eaton\u0027s Key Growth Sites. This role is responsible for organizing and scaling our operating model across our Key Strategic Growth (KSG) sites (i.e. Asheville \u2192 El Paso 2 \u2192 Greenwood \u2192 Omaha). The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream (Production \u2192 MES \u2192 Quality \u2192 Performance) across these sites \u2014 one roadmap, one KPI set, one outcome story \u2014 scaling proven solutions site to site rather than running each site as standalone project work.\n\n## Job Responsibilities:\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nDevelop and implement program plans and strategies that align with organizational goals. \nLead and manage complex program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. \nCollaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives. \nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and make necessary adjustments. \nProvide support and guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives. \nCommunicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively. \n \n\n\nCoordinate Value-Stream based Delivery: \n\\- Drive one outcome story across the Production \u2192 MES \u2192 Quality \u2192 Performance roadmap, milestones, and KPI performance across all the growth sites, rather than site-by-site execution. \n\\- Partner with CI and Digital (IT) delivery teams to organize the work to deliver the manufacturing digital backbone \u2014 MES (Ignition), shop-floor connectivity, quality systems, and performance analytics (Palantir). Leverage key resource teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Integrated Ops to drive outcomes (IT delivers the digital backbone; Integrated Ops defines the process). \n\\- Plan out the forward-deployment plan for where we take a capability next, in partnership with capability owners and BRMs. \n\\- Ensure our teams create repeatable standard work so it can be scaled to prioritized growth sites; manage cross-site sequencing and dependencies. \n\\- Partner in the operating model \u2014 BRMs own funding, business prioritization, and benefit realization; CI designs the process improvements; and site leads deploy and sustain. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC. \n\u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future \n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\u2022 Master\u0027s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. \n\u2022 Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).\n\nGrowth Sites value-stream knowledge: \n\\- Manufacturing/operations IT delivery; digital-manufacturing value-stream understanding (production \u2192 MES \u2192 quality \u2192 performance). \n\\- Familiarity with MES (Ignition or equivalent), shop-floor connectivity, quality systems, and analytics platforms (Palantir/Foundry). \n\\- Continuous-improvement fluency \u2014 A3/DMAIC, value-stream mapping, lean/EBS, root-cause problem solving. \n\\- Tech-savvy and AI-first \u2014 efficient with modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and delivery. \n\\- Demonstrated multi-site deployment and scaling of a proven solution across plants.\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
