About the role

We're looking for a Growth Strategist who can build the tracking infrastructure on Monday, write the ad copy on Tuesday, and launch the paid LinkedIn campaign on Wednesday.

This is not a role for a macro-strategist who hands off execution to an agency. We want an elite individual contributor: someone who is energized by the blank page, comfortable owning a channel end-to-end, and just as happy configuring a HubSpot workflow as writing a headline that converts.

We're growing at a fast clip, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You'll have the autonomy to build and own critical infrastructure, the budget to run real experiments, and a clear path to expand your scope and seniority as the team scales.

What you’ll own

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and emerging channels like ChatGPT/X ads

• Own landing page creation, A/B testing, CTA placement, web optimization, and CRO so traffic converts efficiently into signups or demo requests

• Rebuild our email marketing programs from the ground up: nurture sequences, lifecycle triggers, and re-engagement flows

• Own pipeline reporting and lead scoring, and build out our attribution model as we scale

• Collaborate with content and product marketing to turn founder posts, technical whitepapers, and product updates into targeted webinar series, livestreams, and social distribution plays

Must-haves

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS growth/demand experience, with a proven track record of managing ad budgets and driving sales-qualified pipeline

• Hands-on mastery of performance channels, with deep technical fluency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including niche audience targeting, CPA containment, and ROAS evaluation

• Marketing automation, CRM, and analytics fluency, with advanced, hands-on ability to build workflows, triggers, and dashboards in HubSpot, paired with deep familiarity with GA, Excel/Sheets, and funnel metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion velocity)

• Strong copywriting, messaging, and conversion optimization instincts. You can turn complex concepts into compelling ad hooks, landing page headers, and email subject lines, and you know how to test and iterate (A/B testing, CTA placement, CRO) until they convert

• You thrive in high ambiguity and fast-pivoting priorities. You'd rather launch five experiments and have two fail than spend weeks shipping one "safe" bet

Nice-to-haves

• A point of view on SEO, AEO, and GEO

• Practical, hands-on use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT APIs) to automate your own marketing operations, content generation, and ad variant testing

• Experience with modern AI app-builders (Lovable, Bolt, or similar) to quickly stand up interactive calculators, micro-apps, and programmatic lead magnets
