Shift Options (Full-Time)

• Open Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Close Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Friday and Saturday availability is required
• We are closed on Sundays

What You'll Do

• Serve guests and support your team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Learn and execute Chick-fil-A's service and food quality standards
• Assist in training new team members as you grow in your role
• Shadow shift leads and operators to observe how a shift is planned and managed
• Learn foundational operational processes such as rush preparation, shift transitions, and opening/closing procedures
• Take on increasing responsibility over time based on performance and initiative

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time availability including Fridays and Saturdays
• A coachable attitude and genuine desire to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• No prior restaurant or leadership experience required — just the right character
