GRT Operations Administrator

This position is: Full-time; Non-exempt; Support-raised.
The Global Resource Team (GRT) Operations Administrator reports to the GRT Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Global Resource Team. This role ensures that core GRT operations, systems, processes, and internal workflows function smoothly, accurately, and efficiently in support of Launch Global staff, leaders, and ministry objectives.
The Operations Administrator supports a wide range of operational activities including internal processes, documentation, scheduling, communications, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination. As a member of the GRT, this role may liaise—at the direction of the GRT Operations Manager—between the GRT and other departments to support organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and healthy staff experience.

Finances
This is a full-time, support-raised position. Launch Global provides training, resources, and coaching on how to raise your own financial support. Some expenses for this role are covered by the Staff Engagement budget. The average length of time it takes Launch Global staff to raise all required financial support is three months due to the excellent training provided.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Uphold Launch Global’s mission, vision, and values in all operational responsibilities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the GRT Operations Manager and broader Global Resource Team.
- Support the execution and maintenance of core GRT operational systems, processes, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for meetings, projects, and initiatives related to GRT operations.
- Manage internal communications related to GRT processes, timelines, and administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation (e.g., calendars, workflows, SOPs, forms, rosters, inventories, or internal databases).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for staff or contractors as assigned, in coordination with HR and other teams.
- Support purchasing, order placement, expense tracking, and vendor coordination as directed.
- Assist with travel coordination, lodging arrangements, and logistics for staff or GRT-related activities as needed.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in operational processes and suggest improvements.
- Provide responsive support to staff inquiries related to GRT operations, processes, or systems.
- Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with the GRT Operations Manager.
- Maintain healthy ministry account financial support.
- Comply with all organizational policies and applicable national and local regulations.
- Provide support for additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Job Requirements
- Relevant education and administrative or operations experience preferred.
- Ministry or nonprofit experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Must attend annual Staff Gathering and Goer Gathering each year as required for the role.
- Ability to perform essential physical functions of the role, including sitting or standing for extended periods, working at a computer for several hours per day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional travel.
- Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
