Based in Carmel, IN, AAA facilitates the selling and buying of used vehicles at physical auction sites across 19 states as well as on digital platforms. America's Auto Auction - Clark County, IN is looking for an outstanding GSA account coordinator. The Account Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. They will manage government employee relations and coordinate communications regarding billing, payments, transport, appointments, and inventory management. This individual exhibits superior customer service at all times.
The GSA Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the following tasks:
Vehicle Inspections: Inspecting vehicles upon arrival to check for any damage or concerns.
Electronic Inventory Management: Maintaining an accurate record of vehicles, license plates, fuel cards, and related items.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating with government employees to schedule vehicle pick-ups via email and phone calls.
Trade-ins Management: Accepting trade-in vehicles from employees picking up their new vehicles.
Support for Government Employees: Assisting government employees with any vehicle-related issues or concerns.
Transport Coordination: Working with transport companies to arrange vehicle deliveries and pickups.
Billing and Payments: Managing monthly billing and payments for vehicle-related transactions.
This position can range from 10 hours per week to 40 hours per week, depending on the inventory and time of year. During slower periods, you may be assigned to other tasks as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least two years of account management experience preferably with account collections and supervisory experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, strong time management skills, and high computer proficiency.
Prior experience in the automobile industry.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
