GSE Supervisor

FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in the US, has an immediate need for a GSE Supervisor position at our Las Vegas airport operation. The GSE Supervisor position is responsible for directing Technician teams and ensuring their safety and performance standards. The Supervisors lead their team in servicing fueling equipment, trucks, transport vehicles, and other related equipment in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Role model positive behaviors

· Coach, train, and troubleshoot people/equipment/process issues.

· Ensure safety excellence and superior equipment reliability that supports the overall operational needs of the station.

· Audit equipment and inventory.

· Serve as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.

· Conflict resolution as per company standards and established procedures.

· Oversight of compliance with all aspects of the Quality Control requirements.

· Provide outstanding leadership in response to complex projects ensuring timelines and goals are met by resulting in high-quality solutions.

· Perform mechanical duties.

· Read and interpret wiring schematics.

· Develop periodic maintenance programs and Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) for ground equipment.

· Follow all company policies and ensure team members adhere to all policies and guidelines.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

· Have a high school diploma or GED.

· Willing to work overtime.

· Pass a federal fingerprint background check and pre-employment drug screening.

· Document prior work history.

· Have proof of US work eligibility.

Additional Requirements:

· Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors and strong leadership skills.

· Must have 1-2 years of training or experience in the repair and maintenance of aviation ground services equipment.

· Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment and machinery including catering trucks, transport vehicles, fuel equipment, and related GSE equipment.

· Must have the ability to read a variety of correspondence, reports, forms, logs, lists, etc. Requires the ability to prepare correspondence, reports, forms, lists, etc. using prescribed formats.

· Proficiency with computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.

· Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, composite-toed boots, and other PPE as required by specific job.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Demonstrated leadership skills or experiences.

· Commercial Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

· Able to lift up to 80 pounds.

· Able to go on an automated lift up to 26 feet.
