About the Role

As a GTM Sourcer & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Agora, you’ll be instrumental in helping us scale our high-performing go-to-market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with our U.S. Talent Acquisition and HR team to find, engage, and support top candidates for sales, customer success, and related roles.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role with a strong emphasis on sourcing and screening. You’ll identify and engage top-of-funnel GTM talent, lead initial conversations, and manage candidate communication to ensure a high-quality experience from the very first touchpoint. You’ll also partner closely with hiring managers to guide searches end-to-end, aligning on role requirements, moving candidates through the process, and delivering strong hiring outcomes.

We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive member of our talent team to help us scale our GTM teams.

• Own the top of funnel: source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for GTM roles (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure strong hiring outcomes
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with role and team
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Write compelling outreach messages and job descriptions that reflect our tone and culture
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress in our ATS
• Support coordination and scheduling as needed
• Contribute to candidate debriefs and help move qualified talent through the pipeline
• Play a key role in final-stage steps by coordinating reference checks and partnering on offer details to help close top candidates smoothly
• Partner with the talent team to continuously improve our hiring process and candidate experience

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, either in-house or at an agency
• Proven experience identifying, engaging, and screening candidates for GTM or sales-related roles
• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to build strong pipelines
• Strong communication skills - able to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams, both verbally and in writing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and follow-through
• Track record of working collaboratively within a recruiting or HR team
• Experience at a B2B SaaS company or agency supporting SaaS clients preferred
• Familiar with ATS management, or candidate coordination a plus
• Ability to work out of our Chelsea office 3-4 days a week

Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. We encourage you to apply if your expectations are outside this range.
