Job Description - Guest Ambassador - Front Desk Patient Services

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Front Desk – Guest Ambassador

Location: St. Augustine Center
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Range: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time | In-Person

Precision Imaging Centers is growing in Northeast Florida, and we're seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk – Guest Ambassador to join our St. Augustine team. If you have a hospitality mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Guest Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring each person feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. You’ll manage front desk operations, help patients navigate our services, and assist with community engagement initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team.

This is more than a front desk role—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression

  • Answer patient questions and explain procedures in an easy-to-understand way

  • Register patients, verify appointments, and manage check-in/check-out flow

  • Provide information about our services and help patients access relevant care

  • Stock refreshments and maintain a clean, inviting waiting area

  • Encourage satisfied patients to leave positive reviews

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on patient engagement campaigns

  • Attend internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Perform light cleaning and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role

  • Experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred

Skills & Traits

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for patient care and customer service

  • Ability to simplify healthcare information for non-clinical audiences

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods

  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
