Guest Ambassador / Genetic Testing Coordinator – Full-Time
Location: Fleming Island Center Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Position Type: Full-Time

At Precision Imaging Centers, we are proud to be a leader in outpatient imaging across Florida. We are growing rapidly, now operating six centers—four in Jacksonville, one in St. Augustine, and our newest location in Orlando. As we expand our services, we're seeking passionate professionals to help us deliver on our commitment to superior care and exceptional clarity.

We are currently welcoming candidates to apply for a newly created hybrid role at our Fleming Island center that blends guest services with the opportunity to support our hereditary cancer genetic testing program. About the Role
The Guest Ambassador / Genetic Testing Coordinator is a hybrid position combining front desk operations with patient education and support related to hereditary cancer screening. You’ll play a vital role in both creating a warm, efficient front-office experience and guiding patients through an important genetic testing process.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Ambassador Functions:
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer incoming calls and manage appointment-related communications
  • Update patient information accurately
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
  • Encourage and collect positive patient reviews
Genetic Testing Coordination:
  • Educate patients on hereditary cancer genetic testing both in person and by phone
  • Explain testing benefits, insurance coverage, costs, and facilitate oral swab collection
  • Handle patient follow-ups and provide support throughout the testing process
  • Document all interactions and collaborate with genetic testing partners
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or front desk experience
  • At least 1 year of sales or cold-calling experience
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify and explain healthcare-related information
  • Comfortable with outreach and patient follow-up
  • Interest in personalized medicine or genetic testing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
