Location: San Antonio, TX 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview:  We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in ensuring they receive a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience upon arrival. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.


• Manage the check-in process efficiently and accurately, ensuring all reservations are verified.


• Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries they may have during check-in.


• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.


• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records in the system.


• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the readiness of rooms.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.


• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly preferred.


• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.


• Proficient in using computer systems and software related to hotel management.


• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage check-in procedures accurately.
