Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Check-in Staff member to manage the arrival experience for guests at our events or facilities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth check-in processes and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in process


• Verify guest information, tickets, or reservations


• Provide directions, event details, and general assistance as needed


• Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic issues in a professional manner


• Maintain an organized and efficient check-in area


• Assist with crowd management and guest flow during peak times
