Guest Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support store operations by assisting with checkout, stock replenishment, and product placement.
• Promote store initiatives and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided!
