Guest Experience Coordinator

Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator Wage: $24-28 p/h

Department: General Administration Status: Full-Time

Reports To: Camp Director Date: August, 2025

Overview:

The Guest Experience Coordinator helps staff and guests to “see, know and experience God” by

championing the overall guest experience and front office operation of Thousand Pines through

detailed coordination with TMC Registration and all TP departments.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain an excellent front office environment

2. Staff, schedule, and train the Camp Host position.

3. Coordinate guest groups and weddings details by maintaining strict communication with TMC

Registration and effectively relaying all necessary information to TP departments

4. Provide comprehensive oversight and execution of guest experience from check-in through

checkout and follow-up while building relationships with group leaders

5. Effectively communicate guest experience and evaluation notes to Leadership

Additional Functions

1. Stock office supplies, and coordinate with office vendors as needed

2. Receive and deposit final guest payments

3. Serves as point of contact for safety and security procedures

4. Encourage group leaders to rebook for future events

5. Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing staff celebrations and appreciation initiatives

Qualifications

1. 2. 3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of related professional experience

Experience in effectively facilitating events

Full agreement with TMC and TP mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement, and handbook

4. Valid California Driver’s License

Physical Demands

1. Ability to participate in group activities

2. Ability to work in inclement weather (including reliable transportation)

3. Ability to lift 50 pounds
