About the Role

As the Guest Experience Lead, you’ll be the face of the center and a key driver of exceptional patient and provider interactions. This role blends customer service, team support, and operational coordination. You’ll help ensure the front desk runs smoothly, assist patients with compassion, and motivate your team in partnership with the Center Manager.

What You’ll Do

Essential Functions:

• Team Support & Education – Mentor and assist front desk staff to maintain smooth operations (30%)
   
• Patient & Provider Support – Accommodate walk-ins, urgent requests, and scheduling issues with professionalism and care (20%)
   
• Leadership Coverage – Monitor productivity and support the team in the absence of the manager (20%)
   
• Patient Registration & Scheduling – Register, schedule, and reschedule appointments (10%)
   
• Order Management – Obtain and clarify imaging orders from referring offices (10%)
   
• Conflict Resolution – Handle initial patient concerns and de-escalate complaints (10%)
   

Additional Duties:

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth
   
• Maintain a spa-like, clean front office environment
   
• Organize and order front desk supplies
   
• Provide backup scheduling support as needed

• Experience as a Guest Ambassador
   
• Experience at Precision Imaging Centers
   
• Bachelor's degree

Work Environment

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays)
   
• Fast-paced, high-volume medical imaging front desk
   
• On-site at our Jacksonville Beach location
