At FELFEL, we believe great food experiences create happier workplaces, which is why our smart fridges deliver chef-designed meals directly to offices. As a Guest Experience Manager stationed onsite at a major corporate client, you’ll ensure every fridge interaction is seamless and welcoming while helping employees enjoy and engage with our food. This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, and offers growth into our Customer Support Team within six months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the "face" of FELFEL onsite: warmly welcome and assist end-customers during meal times


• Your goal is to register as many people on site and to generate as many visits / purchases as possible


• Support customers in using the FELFEL smart fridge and mobile app for seamless purchases


• Share food stories: explain the origins of dishes, chefs behind the meals, and highlight seasonal specialties


• Assist customers with reheating meals when needed and answer basic product or service questions


• Monitor fridge cleanliness and food display; collaborate with FELFEL Operations to maintain excellent product presentation


• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Customer Success and Food teams


• Troubleshoot minor issues onsite and liaise with FELFEL support teams if needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about food and hospitality – you can create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed


• Sales-driven mindset


• Great communicator in person and over basic digital tools


• Organized and attentive to small details (presentation matters!)


• Problem-solver: you can think on your feet and escalate issues appropriately


• Interested in growing your career in hospitality, customer success, or operations


• You feel comfortable wearing our FELFEL outfit every day (dark pants, white shirt, and apron), and you follow basic hospitality standards (closed shoes, no shiny nail polish, hair tied back).
