GUEST EXPERIENCE MINISTRIES PROCESS DEVELOPER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH

JOB OBJECTIVES 

•          Develops internal processes and tools designed to help move Guest Experience initiatives forward to live out the mission of Eagle Brook Church


•          Identifies successful strategies and processes to create a seamless Guest Experience for attenders


•          Reports to Guest Experience Ministries Director 
  
  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Integrates ministry vision, policies, church management system functionality and objective alignment for ministry impact


• Develops processes to measure effectiveness of strategies within Guest Experience 


• Initiates processes to scale and creates best practices


• Creates project timelines to guide team projects 


• Works with cross-functional teams to execute systems, resources and processes 


• Leads Guest Experience Ministries purchasing and supply distribution process


• Supports the creation and coordination of training strategies for processes and for staff and volunteer development


• Researches possible improvements to current strategies, processes and systems


• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s nine core beliefs


• High school diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of experience in project coordination


• Proficient in MS Office


• Experience with inventory management and distribution


• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Passionate about the guest experience

Preferred Qualifications 

• Associate degree in business management or ministry
  
  
  

JOB DETAILS 

•          Location: Centerville, MN


•          FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly


•          Salary Range: $25.00 - $26.00


•          Employment Classification: Full Time


•          Regular/Temporary: Regular


•          Workdays: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends


•          Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with occasional evening hours


•          Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remotely 1 day per week


•          Ministry/Department: Central Ministry


•          Team: Guest Experience Ministries

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

•          Regular communicating with others to exchange information


•          Regular sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing


•          Occasional assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned


•          Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like


•          Occasional moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another


•          Occasional light work that includes adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions
