As Iacofano’s Guest Experience Representative, you’ll be the vital connection between our company and our valued clients and team members. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression. What You’ll Do:

• Be the First Point of Contact: Handle phone and email orders with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency.
• Client-First Mindset: Ensure customer satisfaction drives every decision, creating outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively, providing tailored solutions.
• Stay Connected: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, always keeping communication clear and engaging.
• Understand & Deliver: Identify customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and offer alternatives with care.
• Upsell with Confidence: Maximize opportunities by introducing customers to additional products that enhance their orders.
• Build Relationships: Go above and beyond to create strong connections with customers that keep them coming back.
• Achieve Goals: Meet personal and team targets, balancing quality service with measurable success.
• Follow Up & Follow Through: Stay on top of previous orders, follow-ups, and potential leads to keep things moving smoothly.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Customer Support Superstar: At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support role where you’ve made a difference.
• Tech-Savvy: QuickBooks experience is a bonus and will set you up for success (preferred).
• Foodie Knowledge: Previous experience in food service? That’s a plus!
• Exceptional Communicator: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, paired with active listening to connect with customers effortlessly.
• Customer-Centric: You adapt to different personality types and make every customer feel valued and understood.
• Master Multitasker: Skilled at juggling tasks, setting priorities, and managing your time like a pro.
• Independent & Driven: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an independent work environment.
