Guest Experience Representative

Regions Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team! 

Our Guest Experience Representative work cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. You will serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. You will act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and to perform related duties as assigned. This position enhances Regions’ customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concern and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. 

Work schedule: Per Diem 

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service, patient care or guest service role.

• Must be able to speak English and be easily understood, read, write English and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.
• Must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in a health care setting, security, law enforcement or behavioral health preferred
