 Guest Engagement Specialist

Job Period: Seasonal, with potential for extended opportunities

Location: Typhoon Texas Waterpark - Houston

Are you the life of the party? Do you love creating unforgettable moments for guests? Join our team as a Guest Engagement Specialist! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, leading activities, engaging with visitors, and ensuring every moment in the park is filled with fun. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Guest Engagement & Activities

  • Interact with guests to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Lead games, contests, and themed activities to enhance guest enjoyment.
  • Promote Park events, attractions, and special experiences.

Event Support & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing daily entertainment and park-wide events.
  • Set up, oversee, and break down activity stations.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth event execution.

Social Media Content Generation

  • Capture engaging photos and videos of guest interactions, events, and activities.
  • Contribute ideas and content for the park’s social media channels.
  • Encourage guest participation in social media trends and promotions.

Safety & Park Excellence

  • Maintain a fun and safe environment for guests of all ages.
  • Ensure activity areas are clean, organized, and meet park presentation standards.
  • Follow all park policies and procedures while assisting guests.

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with guests of all ages and maintain high energy throughout the day.
  • Creative mindset and enthusiasm for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Comfortable capturing and sharing social media content.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or entertainment is a plus but not required!
