Job Description - Guest Experiences Manager

Description:

The

Guest Experience Manager ’s role is to assist in event coordination and ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience. In this role, you help to resolve any guest complaints or issues and ensure colleagues are properly trained to provide customer service.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options.

Our ideal candidate will have several years of customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as an ambassador for guests at our hotel

Help resolve any issues or complaints

Train colleagues in customer service

Create and enforce colleague practices and policies

Assist with PR outreach or grassroots marketing projects

Complete data entry tasks

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and thorough understanding of guest services.
Sufficient experience in a customer-facing role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to present information to and train colleagues
