Guest Hub Lead

POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME 

Seasonal Full Time Position

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Point Sebago at all times by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability.


• To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills


• Coordinates with Lifestyle Manager, Lodging Manager and Vendors


• Working knowledge of the resort: facilities, layout, programs and product line


• Provide fantastic customer service


• Lead team with a positive attitude


• Flexibility to work shifts (weekends, nights, and holidays)


• Strong teamwork


• Knowledge in customer service valued


• Able to handle money & card payments through POS


• Willing to work in inclement weather

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude


• Team player


• An effective communicator


• Highly organized


• Ability to work flexible schedule: nights, weekends and holidays


• Passionate about guest relations


• Basic Computer Skills – Microsoft Office preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required


• Must possess superior customer service skills


• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests


• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
