At Matthew Morris Salon and Skincare – DTC, we’re looking for Guest Relations Coordinators to join our busy, high-end salon. This isn’t your average “front desk” job—it’s a blend of hospitality, sales, and luxury guest service.

You’ll be the first impression for every guest, ensuring each client feels welcomed, cared for, and connected to their stylist. What you’ll do:

• Be the face of the salon, delivering a warm and professional guest experience.


• Manage appointment scheduling, emails, inventory, and the flow of the day.


• Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area.


• Process transactions and cash handling with accuracy.


• Support the team by coordinating guest and stylist needs seamlessly.


• Contribute to sales goals by recommending products and services.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, sales, or customer service (salon/beauty experience a plus, but not required).


• Professional, confident, and polished presence.


• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.


• Tech-savvy with scheduling/administrative software.


• A natural team player who also thrives independently.
