We’re looking for a Guest Sales Associate who is friendly, motivated, and ready to bring positive energy to our team. Whether you're greeting guests with a warm smile, helping them find the perfect products, services, or driving sales through packages, you’ll be an essential part of their experience.

How to Maximize Your Pay:

Our Guest Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn up to $25+/hr by:

• Excelling in wax pass sales and rebooking– Earn commissions on packages and rebook bonuses!
• Participating in bonus contests that reward top performers
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience, which encourages repeat visits and sales
• Being proactive in learning and applying sales techniques that increase earning potential

Your effort and enthusiasm directly impact your paycheck—the more you engage with guests and drive sales, the more you earn!

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
• Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services & packages!
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and reach items up to 6 feet high
• A passion for beauty and building genuine guest relationships
