As a highly motivated Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and engaging phone experience for guests.
• Book and confirm reservations while handling guest concerns with a cheerful attitude.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions.
• Maintain center cleanliness and uphold corporate policies.
• Be a team player and assist with shifts as needed.
• A passion for people and sales!

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Flexibility to meet shift requirements, including weekends.
