Job Description - Guest Service Attendant

Robert A. Black Golf Course is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant! We are looking for enthusiastic, customerâfocused individuals who thrive in a hospitalityâdriven environment and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Compensation: $17.80 per hour (minimum wage)

Overview:

Guest Services Attendants are one of the first points of contact for visitors. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth, friendly, and memorable golf experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists with the overall upkeep of the facility.

Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.

Assists in educating players regarding the game.

Directs start of play when necessary.

Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.

Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.

Assists with food and beverage activities.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

One-month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance.
