Job Description - Guest Service Attendant

Princeville Makai Golf Club, located in Princeville, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$17.17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Assists with the overall upkeep of Outside Services

Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning

Assists in educating players regarding the game

Directs the start of play when necessary

Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs

Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return

Assists with food and beverage activities

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

One month of related experience or training

Must be available to open (5:30 AM–1:30 PM) on Wednesdays and Thursdays; must be able to work weekends with at least two days of availability, including opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM and closing shifts ending at 7:30 PM

Other Qualifications

Regular and reliable attendance
