The Springs Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly, service-focused Guest Service Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team at the 1881 Bar in beautiful Pagosa Springs, CO. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by serving food and beverages across resort outlets, maintaining clean and organized food stations, and helping guests feel welcome at every interaction.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about available food and beverage options.
  
• Serve pre-packaged or ready-to-eat food and drinks in designated resort areas.
  
• Restock, organize, and rotate food products following safety and freshness standards.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of serving areas, stations, and counters.
  
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock to supervisors.
  
• Handle transactions using a POS system accurately and responsibly.
  
• Assist with food service at poolside, grab-and-go kiosks, and resort events.
  
• Set up and break down stations and support light prep or packaging if needed.
  
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  
• Deliver exceptional service to every guest with a smile—even on busy days!

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles preferred but not required.
  

Knowledge/Skills:

• Enthusiastic personality and excellent guest service skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation best practices.
  
• Comfortable handling cash, credit transactions, and POS systems.
  
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
