JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Guest Service Lead

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Loose linen submissions for Monday of the next week
• Record and purchase inventory for area fulfillment 
• All required fleetio vehicle submissions
• Report purchase orders to Warehouse Operations Manager
• Organize and clean warehouse
• Assists with inspections and tasks
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL:

Physical Demands:

• Activities: Sitting – 90% Walking/Standing – 10%
• Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

Vision: Prolonged, close up work on computer screen.

Mental Demands: Problem solve, interpret and meet deadlines.

Environmental: Climate controlled space.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and other computer knowledge.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
