What You Will Do


As a Front Desk Host you will



  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly efficient check in experience

  • Handle check outs and ensure billing accuracy

  • Manage reservations room assignments and special requests

  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communicators with a guest first mindset

  • Professional polished and detail oriented

  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

  • Calm under pressure with strong problem solving skills

  • Positive respectful and team oriented

  • Preferred

    • Previous hotel or guest service experience Familiarity with hotel systems or reservation platforms




Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions


This is an active role Candidates must be able to



  • Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift

  • Use computers phones and office equipment for extended periods

  • Occasionally lift carry or move items such as luggage or supplies

  • Maintain focus and professionalism during busy shifts
