Job Description - Guest Service Representative

As a Joy Creator, you’re the friendly face who sets the tone the moment guests walk through our doors. From helping choose the perfect Bundt Cake for special occasions to making sure every order is just right, you’ll turn everyday moments into celebrations worth sharing.
