Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests, students, and clients at Tricoci University. Your role is central to creating a welcoming atmosphere, responding to inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about programs and services.
• Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and tours.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment schedules.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and questions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and positive experience for every guest.
• Support administrative tasks to enhance the operational flow of the university.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively.
• A positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Monday through Friday 5:00pm -10:00pm

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
