Job Description - Guest Service Representative

Description

Salary Range: $26.55 - $35.85

The Guest Service Representative provides a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients, visitors, and other guests. The role supports a safe and positive experience by offering wayfinding assistance, managing guest access, and upholding established security procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years college education preferred

Work Experience

Two or more years customer service experience required

Computer Skills

Basic computer skills required
Word, Excel, Outlook, Epic, preferred

Other Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to serve individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds with patience, diplomacy, and respect
Capacity to work efficiently with limited supervision while maintaining high standards
Resourcefulness in meeting challenges and developing innovative approaches to enhance customer satisfaction
Professionalism under pressure and in difficult or emotionally charged situations
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
