Position Overview:
As a Day Guest Service Representative at our Lafayette campus, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will serve as the first point of contact for students and guests, helping to facilitate a positive experience at Tricoci University.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and students warmly and assist them with inquiries.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about our programs and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary to support university operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Availability for daytime shifts, typically Monday through Friday.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
