Job Title: Guest Services Representative
Location: Bowland Port Charlotte

Join the Bowland Port Charlotte team as a Guest Services Representative and help us deliver the ultimate WOW experience to every guest! You’ll play a key role in making sure each visitor feels welcomed, informed, and ready to enjoy everything our center has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests as they enter the bowling center and assist with lane assignments.

• Keep bowler areas, lane approaches, and ball returns clean and organized before seating new guests.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) and public address (P.A.) systems.

• Accurately process payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions.

• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and page guests as needed.

• Promote our bowling specials, food and beverage offerings, leagues, and upcoming events by engaging directly with guests.

• Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall center operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Outgoing, personable, and committed to delivering excellent guest service.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.
