Responsibilities - Guest Services Representative:

• Operate dealership switchboard by politely and promptly answering calls, transferring to appropriate person, and documenting messages


• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Provide excellent customer service


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Guest Services Representative :

• Experience is preferred


• Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills


• A positive attitude and professional appearance


• Ability to multitask
